The Circle Of Life

Hello and welcome to my first blog of 2024.

It’s been a very sad start to the year for me as I had to say goodbye to two of my beloved dogs – Ralph in January and Woody in February. Although it is heartbreaking that they are no longer with me and I miss them so much, I’m very grateful that they were part of my family for so long (13 and 15 years respectively). I still have my little terrier Gilly (who is 4) and my beautiful cats Boots and Boo but  it really does seem like the end of an era now the two old boys have gone. I’ve never been good with change so I’m finding it hard to adjust to life with less furry friends. However with Spring, the season that symbolises new beginnings fast approaching, it’s time to look ahead and plan this year’s garden projects, breaks away and vintage fairs! My calendar has stared to fill up so I thought I’d share a few dates with you …

I’ll be selling virtually later this month with @thewealdenbazaar Virtual Vintage Market on instagram on Sat 16th March from 9am.

Then I’ll be selling in person at Penshurst Vintage Spring Fair Sat 6th April 10am-3.30pm and at Chiddingstone Castle Summer Vintage Fair on Sunday 30th June.

As always I’ll be selling a mixture of pretty vintage homewares, gorgeous haberdashery and my Vintage Dawn handmade creations. I do hope you can join me virtually or in person. Meanwhile I’m continually updating my Etsy shop with new treasures so please have a browse of my new collections.

Wishing you all the best,
